Join Caitlin Hopkins (aka Flow), of Two Maine Mermaids, for a guided ocean dip followed by a casual hang out time to enjoy warm beverages and light bites!
If you've been curious to dip your toe into coldwater dipping, but enjoy having a little more information than this gathering is for you! We'll go over all of my favorite tips & tricks, safety notes, and the best self-care practices. After the dip we'll have a chance to warm up together, answer questions, and soak in the beauty of Casco Bay.
